The associate cost analysis is responsible to validate, investigate and process invoices.
The associate ensures that cost and financial information is being processed accurately
and efficiently.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
* Validate invoice information by ensuring that the charges reflect the negotiated contract, tracking sheet and decisions from regulated authorities.
* Initiate investigations to identify appropriate coding through contract details and tarifs.
* Process invoices via multiple applications and systems.
* Answer queries regarding invoices and resolve issues related to invoice payment.
* Produce and provide various reports and take appropriate action when necessary.
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
* Knowledge of accounting or work related experience.
* SAP P 50.
* MS Excel Intermediate level.
* French (5-5-5) / 5 = Fluent in the language with no significant limitation.
* English (5-5-5) / 5 = Fluent in the language with no significant limitation.
* Analytical spirit and attentiveness to detail.
* Autonomy, initiative, creativity and ability to work within restricted timeline.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both internal & external stakeholders.
* Ability to resolve problems.
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
* Good knowledge of COGS.
Working Conditions:
* Monday to Friday day time.
