Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

As part of the Small Business Revenue Management Team, the individual will act as the central analytical support person for channel sales. This responsibility comprises of identifying and communicating trends, risks and opportunities regarding call, product/sales results, churn, sales agent performance and new business activities. Consequently, this individual will be required to build and maintain performance models and reports as well as communicate results and recommendations to executive upper management.

This position calls for a flexible, business-minded individual who is focused on results. To this end, this candidate must be capable and comfortable with challenging the status quo, all while working effectively in a collaborative environment with all business units and levels.

Responsibilities:

* Design, track and interpret key performance indicators and analytical models driving channel strategy and productivity
* Recommend and establish action plans based on such indicators/models to mitigate risks and optimize channel performance
* Prepare upper management for strategy discussions, weekly, monthly and quarterly results
* Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate sales performance and increase channel efficiency

Required Skills/Experience:

* B.A. in administration, engineering, finance, or quantitative discipline
* Minimum 2 years of experience in modeling and analytics role. Strong preference would be for experience in a Sales or Business Operations role with experience in forecasting
* Proficient with statistics
* Excellent skills in SQL
* Excellent skills in Excel
* Good working knowledge of PowerPoint
* Demonstrated application of a wide range of analytical techniques to solve a variety of business problems
* Communication (spoken & written) skills suitable for executive audience
* Deadline driven with excellent project and time management skills
* Flexible and able to tackle duties outside of their usual scope of work when called upon

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

* Experience in the development of analytical models
* Experience in call centers or workforce management
* Familiar with the Mass market and 310-Business, eChat and Gateways Solutions channels
* Bilingual, French and English (spoken and written)
