Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
We require a highly motivated individual, who thrives in a constantly changing and exciting environment. The customer service project manager needs to be resourceful and innovate to successfully deliver complex solutions for Bell Wholesale and Retail customers.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
* Acts as a single point of contact ensuring end to end delivery of multiple projects
* Schedules and leads project kick-off meetings and facilitates ongoing status calls with internal and external customers.
* Responsible for executing a project plan including project deliverables and associated timelines
* Responsible for project resourcing and maintaining strong working relationships with all the operational departments supporting service delivery.
* Identify and manage risks impacting the project budget, scope and/or timelines and implement mitigation plans
* Accountable for driving the resolution of roadblocks by engaging operational primes required to solve problems in a timely manner. This includes escalating to various levels of management
* Manages all internal and external communications including providing regular status updates to customers, generating reports or scorecards and implementing change management if required.
* Creates, maintains and communicates spreadsheets required to track all pertinent order information
* Responsible for preparing and communicating executive project status updates
* Acts as a subject matter expert supporting the sales and marketing teams with new product introductions (NPIs)
* Manages the implementation of non standard solutions (CSAPS)
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
* Proficient in Project Management methodology
* 3-5 years previous experience as a Project Manager
* Experience dealing with external customers, managing communications and facilitating meetings/conference calls
* Strong communications skills and ability to influence and engage cross functional teams
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to act as the sponsor and customer advocate throughout the project lifecycle
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently within a rapid changing environment
* Strong problem solving skills and keen business acumen
* Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint,)
* In depth knowledge of Bell Data/BB/IPVPN products and provisioning processes
* Proficient with provisioning systems: EOM, IPACT, COPS, Network Request & PVC OARS
* Bilingual (English & French)

* Ability to efficiently work in virtual teams, handling multiple projects with geographically dispersed team members.
