The Role
* Salesforce Technology Architect - Hands On - will be responsible for solution design, delivery management and operations of custom software solutions for a client team.
* The Technology Architect (TA) collaborates with clients, business analysts to ensure technical solutions accurately address customer needs. The TA ensures alignment with business throughout delivery lifecycle.
* The TA is responsible for the technology implementation for assigned clients/projects.
* This responsibility includes technical specifications, software architecture and implementation.

* Identifying an organisation's needs;
* Agreeing Solution with the client;
* Discussing the best products and systems with the client;
* Explaining plans to designers and developers;
* Dealing with problems as they arise;
* Advising clients on future developments.
Critical Competencies
Education:
* BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Science, with 5+ years of total experience (cross technologies)
or
* College Degree, with 10+ years of total experience
Experience:
* Strong significant experience in Salesforce.com Design and development / Solution;
* Experience with “Salesforce.com Developer Toolkit” including Apex Classes, Controllers.
* Conceptual knowledge of development process and strategies (i.e.: software development models, TDD, unit tests, domain driven design, etc.);
* Solid knowledge of programming fundamentals.

* Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems;
* Must be a strong communicator and able to converse with development staff, senior management and clients;
* Strong analytic, problem-solving and conceptual skills;
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;

Mandatory skills:
* Strong Salesforce.com developer, preferably with Certification;
* Excellent Security and Authentication Knowledge;

* Excellent Documentation Skills.
