Responsabilities:
- Ensure the full implementation of Creativity Media TV and Digital projects sold by the Advisors: production calendar, obtaining the equipment for production, management of the stages (concept, script, etc.), attend shoots (if applicable), check drafts, broadcast instructions, monitoring of campaigns;
- Coordinate the usual details related to projects with internal clients: marketing / special projects, sales, web, traffic, legal (regulations, legal agreements), finance;
- Coordinate the usual details related to projects with external clients: advertising design services or external producers (quote), artists, talent agents, RACJ (registration of contests), LPC, Telecaster and / or NCT;
- Provide support (if needed) to internal teams : Bell Media TVPlus (national sales), Bell Media MIX (multiplatform) and Toronto (national sales and Media Creativity);
- Manage production budgets: meet budgets, tracking billing, secure virtual classification, see approvals, update account statements for all projects;
- Writing and layout of post-mortems for all Media Creativity campaigns;
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications:
Studies in production, communications, marketing or any other relevant experience;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project leader in advertising media or creativity media;
Fully bilingual in written and spoken language;
Strong organizational skills: ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
Self-sufficient and resourceful: get information and advance on a project;
Be able to work under stress;
Diplomatic, tact, patience, sociability : ease of interaction both with colleagues and clients;
Knowledge of MS Office (primarily PowerPoint and Outlook, Excel, Word).
