Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Reporting to the Management Director, the incumbent of this position is responsible for the preparation and the presentation of proposal to large business customers at Bell. As part of Manage Service Center of Excellence , this position represents a great opportunity to developing a business oriented approach and is a key factor for the success of Managed Service portfolio.

Your accountabilities will be:

Collect business needs from customers to facilitate internal comprehension. Advise and propose optimized solutions based on clients business needs. Represent client within Bell’s internal business units. Identify collaborators and organize meetings as needed.

Writes and coordinates the writing of proposal with a view to insure the quality of the documents produced within acceptable delay answering technical and legal requirements of client. Make sure we respect contractual agreements by adding, retrieving or modifying services. Inform client of any modification impact.

Manage proposals submission to assure respect of client service requested scope and contractual agreements.

Assist technical steering committee meetings to maintain technical knowledge of potential Bell’s proposals. Influence the specialist community and the propose solution design as needed.

Present and recommend orientation of proposal at different management level when major impact on financial engagement or any other impacts from Bell or the customer.

Manage proposal management meetings with client to present new proposal and follow up on current proposals.

Your qualifications and competencies are:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five (3) years experience managing/writing proposal for IT environment.

Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, IP services, IP telephony, security, servers.

Knowledge of MS Office and Visio.

Bilingual.
