Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the acquisition of programs and do the necessary for follow ups with producers and distributors (letters of agreement, returns, broadcast rights, dubbing certification, billing, etc.)
- Remain up to date with the software LOUISE;
- Watch programs (films, documentaries, TV series) and thus help with the pre-selection;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the immediate supervisor and coordinate the international markets;
- Supervise dubbing and insure quality of the work;
- Coordinate the arrival and other stages of the process of the source material;
- Review and approve all aspects of the finished product (quality of the translation, quality of the sound mix and overall technical quality);
- Support and coordinate the process of the translated programs.
Qualifications :
- Strong ability to coordinate projects in a media environment: ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions;
- Knowledge of the dubbing process;
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of the software LOUISE (important asset);
- Initiative, autonomy and attention to detail;
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
