The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

The Bell Residential Services(BRS) team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.

The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Manager, Communications who will support all BRS sales channels. Reporting to the Director Communications & Training, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all sales agents are well versed on our products, pricing, and promotions, delivering a consistent customer experience.

The successful individual needs to be able to effectively manage relationships across multiple functional areas and business units, have the ability to focus on multiple projects at any given time, and possess a “winning” attitude in order to represent Sales both internally as well as with the channel partners.

Responsibilities

* Work closely with BRS Marketing to understand reason to buy strategies and to effectively translate in to reason to sell opportunities
* Work with sales channel take-to-market teams as well as channel partners, to ensure thorough understanding of all BRS products and services
* Leverage existing product training materials and processes, and customize for BRS Sales
* Perform comprehensive needs assessments of existing communication methods, training materials and delivery methods.
* Develop a communications plan that supports the business strategy and critical success factors.
* Work with channel partners to design, develop, maintain and implement training programs and materials in alignment with business strategies.
* Establish appropriate measurements and metrics which measure communication and training effectiveness and align to the business strategy; articulate timely scorecard results to senior audiences

Qualifications

* Lead, manage and support a team of training & communication specialists
* Minimum 5 years experience in the areas of communication, business training or business sales support functions
* Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences and present content clearly to achieve learning objectives
* Proven outstanding presentation and communication skills both oral and written
* Customer focused and creative problem solver with ability to work autonomously to drive issue to resolution
* Exceptional relationship management, facilitation, coaching and consulting skills.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills-tact, patience, diplomacy and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively at all levels of an organization.
* Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
* Demonstrated initiative, creativity and innovation to drive results
* Team player, understanding required synergies between sales, marketing and operations
* Results-oriented, pro-active and strong execution skills
* Excellent project planning, time management and organizational skills
* Strong sense of autonomy and initiative
* Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
