Job description:

Lead a team of 12 field D2D sales representatives responsible for the sale of FibreOp business products plus our DSL business within a geographic territory.  The leader will be responsible for coaching, developing, recruiting and retaining sales representatives.  The Leader ultimately be responsible for meeting/exceeding the sales targets built into our business plan each year.

 

Responsibilities:

*  Manage the performance of the sales representatives to ensure all sales KPIs are met
*  Coach and develop the sales representatives through in field and coaching plus recruit new sales representatives
*  Collaborate with the Internal stakeholders to assess the key opportunities and the optimal deployment of resources
*  Day to day operational activities including order process management, conduct sales meetings, attend marketing meetings, complete commission and expense reports, etc.
 

Requirements:

5+ years of Sales experience (B2B sales experience would be an asset)
Previous Sales Management experience
Door to door selling would be an asset
Proven record in sales
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to manage and negiotate with internal stakeholder
Ability to create territory and sales plans
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Superior listening, organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
Innovative and creative
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and motivate a team to succeed
Technically adept
Self Starter
