The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

Bell Mobility is seeking to recruit a Sales coordinator for the support division of Bell Mobility’s Corporate sales team. Reporting to the Sales support team leader, the Sales coordinator plays an important role in supporting the provincial sales team which has the mandate of winning over new customers.

Responsibilities:

* Customer care – maintenance and enhancement of client relations, updating and maintaining client profiles
* Order fulfillment – processing new activations, upgrades, migrations, number changes, serial number changes, service requisitions, arranging for shipping and delivery etc.
* Support – work closely with the sales team to develop and build relationships with clientele as well as increasing client loyalty and satisfaction

Critical qualification/competencies:

* High school diploma
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the cellular industry
* Knowledge of Bell Mobility products
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web navigation
* Able to communicate simply and efficiently; able to adapt to different customers
* Good analytical skills in terms of recognizing problems and making decisions
* Enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Call Centre experience

Preferred skills:

* Knowledge of SAP an asset

Work conditions:

* Need to be available to work Monday to Friday between 8H00AM – 4H00PM
