The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
The role:
As the Sales Team Lead this individual will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue needs of the company. Sales plans will be implemented by the Consumer Sales TL who is then responsible for initiating activities that will drive overall sales performance of the sales teams and ensure daily/weekly/monthly/annual IB sales targets are met. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inbound sales team performance objectives (3-5 Sales Teams with 15-20 Reps each team across multiple sites/vendors)
- Leadership of Sales Teams for Inbound
- Partnership
- Development of strategic sales for IB sales teams to achieve company sales objectives
- Assist in design and development of sales incentives for agent/coach level
- Monitor sales coaching effectiveness at coach/manager level and develop improvements
- Provide insight and input into tactical and strategic sales plans for IB sales teams
- Determine best fit/profile for IB sales teams and assist in development of hiring/training strategies for the teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales Management/Sales Leadership Role
- Expert Sales Coach with minimum of 5 years front line sales coaching experience
- Mastery of sales incentive and sales contest design and implementation to drive performance
- Familiarity with sales training techniques
- Familiarity with sales agent/sales coaching profiles for hiring
- Project Management experience preferred
- C-Level presentation experience required
- Bilingualism Required
- Education/Certificates Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Sales Training Certification preferred
