Name and description of the hiring department:

 

The role of the Project Admin associate includes implementation management of equipment throughout Ontario. The associate works with the management and peer teams to analyze and arrange for the equipment procurement and associated installation activities within established timelines to meet customer demands.


Job Duties / Accountabilities:

 

  • Project management of critical dates.
  • Material management to ensure material delivered on time and to the required location.
  • Budget management- analyze and estimate budget requirements, monitor to ensure accuracy.
  • Network, milestone management.
  • Risk analysis and identification to key stakeholders.
  • Assistance with inventorying and research projects as required.


Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

 

  • MS Excel advanced level. (graphics, formulas).
  • Advanced research skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflicting or changing priorities and analytical ability to exercise judgement in decision making.
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with various departments.
  • Works well under pressure and can carry many projects simultaneously meeting deadlines. Ability to work with little supervision.

 

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

 

  • Understanding of the network.
  • Ability to use various mechanized applications.
