Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Produce a variety of output such as reports, documents, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics and charts by using different software applications
- Provide computer support to users, support on equipment usage and maintenance of multi functional devices
- Coordinate activities related to specific events or projects with various internal and external stakeholders
- Verify all office equipment and sort and catalogue material
- Answer questions or queries of a varied nature and refer to the appropriate third party when necessary
- Process and submit invoices, expense accounts and work orders
- Provide recommendation on improvements in the most cost effective manner
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet, Formula)
- Intermediate Word (Word document)
- Intermediate Powerpoint (customer presentation)
- Basic Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
- Self motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
