Summary:
Under the supervision of the General Manager, Communications and Marketing, the Project manager manages the communication tools for the marketing of the business units of Bell Media Sales, TV, Display, radio and digital, in support of the business development Bell Media in Quebec. Realization of customer events bringing together the advertising industry (programming launches, themed events, etc.) and internal events (seminars, conferences, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Organization, supervision and control of marketing events (program launch, sponsorships, client activity);
• Organization, supervision and control of internal sales and marketing activities (seminar sales, Bell Media Sales conferences, etc.);
• Management of communications for marketing (coordination with stakeholders in each unit, choice of customers communication tools and internal).
• Negotiating with several suppliers (designers and web programmers, videographers, audio-visual technicians, professional event planners, designers, translators, suppliers of promotional items, etc.);
• Press Communications (media advertising industry), customer communications (newsletters web) clients and internal communications (information to sales teams);
• Managing and updating the website Bell Media Sales.
Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communication or other relevant training;
• Three to five years of experience in a similar position;
• Writing in impeccable French corporate and promotional communications;
• Excellent grammar;
• Website Management experience (required) and video production (an asset);
• Knowledge of the media environment (a serious asset);
• Bilingualism
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphics software;
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Creativity, autonomy and team spirit;
• Attention to detail and judgment;
• Sense of organization and priorities, stress tolerance
