Job Summary

Bell Media seeks intern with strong background in Quality Assurance to join its Digital Product team. The DP team delivers products for many digital platforms and plays a critical role in the customer experience. The QA Coordinator role is crucial in delivering content through our products to customers who are on Android, iOS, Mac OS, Windows, and other emerging platforms. Half of your time will be spent testing our applications – like CraveTV, TSN GO, CTV GO, CP24 GO to name a few.  Your duties include black box testing of builds, including design and execution of test plans and test scripts. You will be interacting with internal and external testers, developers, customer support, and other stakeholders to help reproduce issues and test features. The other half will be reviewing and prioritizing bugs working together with Product Managers, Project Managers,  developers, and other stakeholders for sprint planning, scheduling test requests, and spec reviews.  Help improve the overall QA process, by analyzing gaps or inefficiencies and suggesting course of action for improvements.

You will combine your technical, organizational, and communication skills to work autonomously, shift priorities easily, and communicate fluently under aggressive deadlines.  The Digital Products group will give you an opportunity to work with an innovative and supportive team, to interact with engineering, business analysts, product managers, and to gain experience as part of the software development process at Bell Media.
