Name and description of the hiring department:

 

Corporate supply chain is responsible for keeping the most important material in stock making sure the material is always available at the same time keeping the investment as low as possible. Also managing non stock material ordering. We also provide customer service to both internal and external customers. Our mandate is to make all the material available for both new installations and maintenance of current infrastructure.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

 

Manage inventory jointly with planners, work independently, use SAP efficiently, interface both customers and suppliers.


Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

 

- MS Word basic.
- MS Excel basic.
- MS Outlook basic.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Ready to accept responsibility and make quick decisions, work with deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

 

- Customer service
- French 333
