Job description:
Answer all the customers call for our mobility services (repair calls). Analyze the calls and make some verification to send the customer calls to the proper department. Provide technical support to Bell technicians and customer services employees. Work day, night and weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze reports and take the proper action. Audit the monitoring of faults and disturbing tickets
- Answer mobility customers repair calls
- Provide technical support on our services and facilities offered to customers
- Perform any related work that will be required
Qualifications
- Electronics/IT College diploma or similar work experience
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services (Wireless, mobility, VoIP and Internet)
- Network technical experience is an asset

- Ability to analyze, plan and solve problems;
- Able to classify the emergency of the calls
- High team spirit
- Strong initiative and ability to learn
- Ability to communicate and share information
- Availability to work different shift
