The Digital Product Coordinator will assist the Bell Media Digital Product Team deliver multi-platform video for Bell Media channels An integral part of the video product team, this role includes supporting product marketing activities, content publishing and schedule management, competitive research and the development of the video product roadmap (Web, iOS, Android and emerging platform launches).
The role includes sourcing, editing and managing digital content, influencing the strategy and operational execution of Bell Media’s Video Products as well as working with some of the industry’s leading brands. A broad knowledge of digital and broadcast video processes, and general familiarity with the Broadcast and Telecommunications industry is expected.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assist the Product and Media Managers in the sourcing, editing and migrating of digital content (video/artwork/metadata) into the internal content management systems.
- Participate in the creation of video platform strategy and road-mapping and product definition.
- Coordinate and schedule digital media deliverables across diverse channel brand environments.
- Being an expert on the competition; keeping up to date with industry trends
- Creation and maintenance of video product performance reports / dashboards
- Identify workflow efficiencies to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with various department stakeholders across Bell Media including Brands, User Experience, Design, Programming, and Technical Operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in an office environment, preferably in the media industry.
- In progress or completed college/university degree in a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity and comfort working and generating documents using Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and methodology preferred.
- A self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Must be able to work in high-energy, team environment and adapt quickly to fast changing situations
