Position: Project Manager, Brand Partnerships (6 Month Contract)
Location: 50 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing projects sold by BP Managers, including:
- Planning of programs – writing creative briefs, organizing team meetings, clearly defining concepts
- Executing programs – managing all internal teams to ensure program elements are produced and needs of both internal teams and clients are met
- Client communication about program elements – sending updates, exchanging feedback, accommodating requests
- Project tracking – keeping a constant status report of the department’s projects and responsibilities
- Accounting – tracking, client billing, invoice payment, department expenses and credit card processing, forecasting
- Metrics – tracking, measuring across all campaigns using various tools like Omniture and Google Analytics, comparing data between campaigns
- Legal – writing rules and regulations, FAQ, etc.
- Trafficking – working with Sales and Traffic to schedule and run spots across all media
- Contest fulfillment – booking travel, creating itineraries, organizing prizes
- Promotional documents – writing briefs for social media, 1-sheets for On-Air Talent, etc.
- Copy – writing copy for sites, spots, etc.
- Managing workback schedules for clients and internal stakeholders
- Posts – compiling program info, creating decks and videos
- Giveaways – organizing between clients and our live shows and social media
- Interns – hiring, training and managing
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Communications and/or Broadcasting
- 2-3 years industry experience is an asset
- Excellent computer skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Takes initiative with a take-charge attitude is a must
