The Field Services team thrives on providing installation and repair services for business and residential customers using the latest technology, including Fibre, Optical Ethernet, IPVPN.

 

The focus of Field Sales is executing on targeted leads through door to door sales and kiosks. As the Field Sales Strategy Specialist the successful candidate will hold a key role within the team by helping analyze performance and develop a strategy that leads to a more competitive cost structure, greater agent productivity, improved deployment strategies, all while maintaining the sales growth required by the business.  Knowledge of the industry combined with the ability to conceptualize new ideas, prove the validity of the concept, and the capacity to drive it through the organization until completion is a must.  A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create new performance insights levering the available data while working with the reporting team to enhance the data
  • Consolidation and communication of the Field Sales Team’s quarterly targets and yearly objectives
  • Help set the strategy for internal and external sales partners
  • Work with the various BRS teams to ensure that our strategies are aligned
  • Provide performance management guidance and highlight opportunities to the operations and training teams
  • Manage strategic projects from idea generation through to execution

 

Critical Qualifications:

  • University degree in a business discipline with minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, adept at presentations
  • Experience transforming high level business ideas into fully formed financial business cases
  • A history of successful project management
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative analysis
  • Good time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop successful business relationships with peers in various departments
