Responsibilities will include evaluating weekly units and revenue results and recommending changes to improve performance for Atlantic residential services including phone, high-speed, TV and bundle products. This includes in-market, promotional and retention pricing. The key responsibilities for this role will include preparation of a weekly report to the VP including weekly results; identify changes required, monitor and measure changes made and conclusions on result of previous changes. It is critical that the role maintains a good relationship with the several internal groups the changes will impact along with work with other managers to develop solution to improve overall performance. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver on revenue and unit objectives and to clearly demonstrate Bell’s values in the execution of those objectives.

Critical Qualifications / Competencies:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Commerce or any related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a competitive marketing environment
- An understanding of corporate systems and process as well as a basic understanding of telephony and IP technology fundamentals is a prerequisite
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills, adept at presentations
- Experience transforming high level business ideas into fully formed financial business cases
- A history of successful project management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative analysis
- Good time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop successful business relationships with peers in various departments
- Knowledge of SAS is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
