Position: Sales Coordinator/Receptionist

Location:Big Dog 92.7, Regina
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities: 
• Preparing, editing and coordinating proposals, reports, presentations, correspondence, etc. for the sales team
• Managing daily office functions including maintaining supplies, equipment, mail, couriers, vendor liaison, office maintenance, etc.
• Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner, transferring calls and greeting visitors to the station
• Collecting timesheets/absence reports for managers for payroll processing
• Assisting the promotions team with prize distribution and keeping a track of winners on a monthly basis
• Maintain general appearance of reception area and other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: 
• Minimum two years related experience in general office administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Power Point)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, self-starter who takes initiative
• Must apply good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential documentation
• Candidate must present a professional image and be flexible to assume a variety of duties
