The Manager, Supply Chain will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain (Product Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, evaluating and supporting the Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics representatives (Process & Efficiency and Bell.ca).

 

This role will be responsible for the Direct to Consumer Order and Return Fulfillment team and the responsibilities include addressing internal customer complaints, analyzing and revising reports, implementing process and procedures in order to help achieve team objectives and ensure optimal Telephone Service Factors (TSF) are met.  The incumbent will also identify training and development opportunities, coach and manage to specific performance measurements and will take the initiative to implement measures and solutions to enhance skill-set and modify the behaviors of their team.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day operations of the Process & Efficiency and Bell.ca Virtual Store departments and representatives
  • Help to develop, implement and manage the areas Policies & Procedures and training processes
  • Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work flow on a daily basis for team
  • Provide verbal and written evaluations of the behavior or performance of representatives
  • Creates and maintains a positive and enthusiastic team atmosphere
  • Maintain budget for the departments
  • Handle escalations from internal/external partners in regards to product fulfillment and return
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure customer service requirements are met and maintained
  • Liaise with partners such as Keuhne & Nagel, Purolator, Canada Post, etc
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff when required
  • Conduct Mid-Year and Year-End Reviews
  • Work closely with HR on any issues; terminate employee if necessary
  • Participate and manage projects, be responsible for sign off

 

Relevant Education and Experience

  • Must possess a Post-Secondary degree or have a least 2 years of relevant Product Supply Fulfillment knowledge
  • Preferably at a management level experience
  • Extensive experience with performance management
  • In depth knowledge of SAP; Order Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics processes and applications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication,
  • presentation and interpersonal skills in both English and French (preferred but not mandatory)
  • telecommunication experience is an asset
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under time constraints at peak intervals. 
  • Excellent PC skills and Microsoft Office required
