The primary function of this position is to provide great Radio Service to internal and external customers in order to achieve a high level of business. This role requires someone who excels in customer service and is willing to work hard to help maintain our processes and procedures to ensure great customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer calls/emails from internal and external customers and facilitate requests, ie. Parts requests, rental inquiries, rental orders, radio trouble shooting
* Create tickets for product repairs and requests
* Monitor workload to ensure tickets are closed in a timely manner
* Dispatch Technicians for service in shop, NS, NB, and NL
* Complete tickets with proper resolution, parts, and labour to ensure proper billing
* Create rental agreements based on customer requirements, follow through to ensure proper steps are followed from start to finish
* Support other areas of the department-Prepare rental orders (cleaning/testing radios) determine frequency requirements, shipping and receiving
* Work closely with technicians to ensure great customer service
* Complete cash and credit card transactions
* Support NB and NL office with product ordering and fulfillment
* The ability to develop great work relations with co-workers within our department Montreal, NL, NB, Vendors, and Couriers
* Ability to lift 25-50lbs
* Data Entry required (60wpm)
* Provide and obtain repair estimates
