The role:

The Business Marketing team is seeking an innovative, creative and dynamic individual to support marketing program development for the Bell Business Market (BBM). The role includes working with the Take to Market team to execute on programs such as awareness campaigns, product launches, offer blitzes, and targeted programs. The responsibilities include objective validation, message clarification, articulating value propositions and performance management. The role is responsible for designing and delivering outstanding creative work that meets brand standards, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as an intermediary and facilitator between the marketing teams and agencies
* Project management – Managing programs end to end including planning, revisions, approvals, translations, and quality checks. The role also involves working closely with Take-to-Market/Marketing partners, legal counsel, brand and product management teams
* Agency management – Developing briefs, negotiating timelines, and managing the workflow to ensure all projects are delivered on time
* Recommending and developing, with our various agencies, appropriate content for email marketing campaigns, web copy, online campaigns etc.
* Measuring the effectiveness of marketing communication programs and campaigns and recommending adjustments to the plan on an ongoing basis
* Develop and implement effective brand, marketing communications and public relations strategies to build and maintain a favourable brand image for Bell

Critical Competencies:

* A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, completed by the program start date
* Strong organizational skills in executing multiple projects simultaneously
* Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a high pressure environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer focused, team player, innovative and self-motivated
* Strong analytical skills
* Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
