An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.

This program exposes you to product development, marketing, customer operations and sales teams that support our Bell Mobility and Residential products and services, as well as our Bell retail stores and Bell Media. New grads get the opportunity to work with the hottest technologies, such as Fibe™, discover the latest in mobile technologies, and join our teams on the front lines to continually improve our customers’ experience.
How the program works:
The Graduate Leadership Program provides new grads with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills to become future leaders at Bell. Over the course of 18-24 months, the program will consist of several experiences that will expose you to different key areas of the mobility and residential services business. Upon completion of the program, you will have the breadth of experience needed to succeed in a management role at Bell.
To provide the ideal career path for you, job experiences will be assigned based on business needs, development opportunities, skills and preferences. Focus areas include:
2 Rotations (4 months total):
* Learning from customers: call centre, retail store
2-3 Business rotations (6 - 7 months each)
* Learning what drives our business: client insight, pricing, loyalty & retention
* Planning & Execution: client experience, product development, channel marketing sales
* Leading at Bell: manage, coach and lead your own team as a people leader

Required competencies:
* A Bachelor’s degree completed before the program start date
* Graduates from business, business technology management, engineering, computer science, math/statistics, economics, social sciences
* Demonstrated initiative, leadership and a passion for learning new skills
* Interest in driving change and taking on new challenges
* Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn quickly
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work in different locations within the Greater Toronto Area, or within Montreal
* Bilingual (English/French) is an asset in Ontario and a requirement in Quebec
