Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Bell Business Market’s Operations Support team is responsible for producing critical BBM Operations and Delivery performance data – it is the team where metrics analysis, performance management and business intelligence are all located.

The team provides quality and timely reporting that supports BBM’s Operations. It is critical that the Operations Support team identify and drive operational analysis while continuing to produce information supporting our Delivery and Serve organizations.

Responsibilities:

The Operations Support team is looking for a creative and energetic candidate to join the team. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:

* Perform comprehensive reviews of performance results.
* Build weekly and monthly scorecards and dashboards for various business leaders.
* Investigate, analyse and understand results and identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
* Build insightful executive presentations to share findings and influence stakeholders on next steps.
* Enhance current reporting by creating templates and processes to measure key indicators.
* Work with various teams including Finance, Product / Marketing, Delivery and Serve to understand and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Assist in the development of yearly operations targets by translating corporate initiatives into objectives.
* Work with the technical teams to outline internal project reporting requirements, and assure reporting initiatives are completed accurately on time and within budget.

Critical Qualifications / Competencies:

* Excellent analytical skills including the ability to effectively mine source data and the ability to quantify and analyze performance data
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (clear, precise written and verbal communications), comfortable presenting in front of audiences with the ability to present to all functional levels including executives
* Strong business acumen (i.e. understanding of financial data and business case development)
* Proven ability to manage and develop clear, concise strategies, justify major investment recommendations and interact with senior management
* Creative problem solver, strategic thinker with the ability to work with ambiguity
* Proven ability to lead and deliver results working with direct and virtual, cross-functional teams
* Team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displaying a high sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

* A university degree with at least 1-3 years experience in performance reporting and/or business analysis roles.
* Data mining experience using Statistical software packages and SQL
* Superb MS Office skills, particular excellence in Excel & PowerPoint
* Passion and understanding of current Telecom products and services technologies.
* Understanding of business fundamentals and ability to identify internal customer wants and needs
